You purchase a subscription gift card and choose the style, size, and number of deliveries. The recipient then received a beautiful package with instructions to register through our subscription portal, where they can personalise their gift — such as colour choices for mixed bouquets or flower type for mono bouquets — and manage their subscription.
From there, fresh flowers arrive again and again — a gift that unfolds over time.

Subscriptions are designed to be flexible. You can pause if you’re away, skip a delivery, or cancel altogether. Just make changes in your account before your next billing date.
For our Mono Bouquet subscriptions, yes — you can choose from a pre-selected list of flower varieties.
For our Mixed Seasonal subscription, individual stems aren’t selected each week. Instead, your preferences guide everything we send. Our florists curate each delivery around your chosen style, focusing on seasonality, quality, and variety.
You can also change your preferences at any time through your subscription dashboard.
For both regular and gift subscriptions, you can adjust preferences within each style — such as colour preferences for mixed bouquets or flower type for single-flower subscriptions.
Our gift subscriptions are charged upfront.
Our ongoing subscriptions are charged per delivery, on the day before your flowers go out. You can view and update your billing details anytime in your account.
