1. About Gather & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gather website and services, including all purchases, subscriptions, and gift orders made through the site.

“Gather”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to gather trading llc, a company registered under the department of economic development in the UAE.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a subscription or gift card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Subscription & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

 

 

2. Products, Nature of Flowers & Information Disclaimer

Gather sells fresh cut flowers, physical gift cards, and subscription services.

Flowers are natural, seasonal, and perishable products. By purchasing from Gather, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Flowers naturally vary in colour, size, bloom stage, scent, and longevity

  • Substitutions may occur due to seasonality and availability

  • No two arrangements are identical

Product Information Disclaimer

Any product information provided on our website — including but not limited to:

  • Vase life estimates

  • Pet-friendly or pet-safe indications

  • Allergy-friendly or hypoallergenic references

  • Styling suggestions or care guidance

is directional and informational only, based on general industry knowledge and offline florist references. These details are not guarantees and should not be relied upon as definitive or medical, veterinary, or professional advice.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to determine suitability for their household, pets, environment, or personal sensitivities. Gather accepts no liability for reactions, conditions, or outcomes resulting from the presence or use of flowers.

 

 

3. Images, Presentation & Representation

All images displayed on the Gather website are used for illustrative purposes only.

Images are intended to help customers understand:

  • The style

  • Colour direction

  • Overall composition of a package or bundle

They do not represent the exact flowers, arrangement, colours, or quantities that will be delivered.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Delivered products may differ from website imagery

  • Visual differences do not constitute defects or grounds for replacement or refund

 

 

4. Orders, Pricing & Payments

All orders placed through the website constitute an offer to purchase.

Gather reserves the right to:

  • Accept or decline any order at its discretion

  • Cancel orders due to availability, operational limitations, suspected misuse, or pricing errors

Prices are displayed in AED. Gather is not VAT registered at launch. Should VAT registration become applicable, pricing and checkout calculations will be updated accordingly.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, or system errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. In such cases, customers will be notified and given the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.

 

 

5. Changes & Modifications

Customers may request changes to orders (including delivery details or preferences) up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Requests made after this cut-off:

  • Are not guaranteed

  • May not be accommodated

  • Do not entitle the customer to cancellation or refund

 

 

6. Gift Cards

Gather gift cards are physical cards, delivered as part of a package or order. They are not digital.

Gift cards, which are delivered as physical cards are:

  • Are non-refundable

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Are the responsibility of the purchaser once delivered

  • May be subject to usage terms stated on the card or accompanying materials

Same-day delivery of gift cards is available for orders placed before 9:00 PM (UAE time), subject to delivery availability.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Gather shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Differences in appearance, scent, or longevity

  • Damage or deterioration occurring after delivery

  • Issues arising from incorrect customer information

  • Environmental conditions beyond our control

Any liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the value of the affected order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts
